From there we arrange a face to face meeting with the client, Katherine and the designated KHB Bookkeeper. At this point we use our client engagement letter to define the purpose, scope and services being offered by KHB Bookkeeping, as well as fees and responsibilities.
We feel it's important to keep you up to date, and maintain open communication at all times. This means that from the moment we make contact with your client, useful feedback is being provided. Accountants tell us they love this.
Come end of finanacial year, you can rest assured that no KHB client will come to you with a shoe box filled with receipts. We've designed our very own set of working papers that can be delivered electronically or in hard copy format.
